Return Policy + Start a Return

If you would like to return your items, you must submit a return request within 30 days of delivery. Once your return request is approved, you’ll be sent instructions and a free prepaid label to ship your items back to us.

You must ship your items back within 14 days of submitting your return to receive a full item refund as your label will expire after that.

1. Packaging: If you still have the original packaging your items were delivered in, please re-use it when you ship your items back to us. Otherwise, please securely pack the items you’re returning in a small box.

2. Condition: Items shipped back must be in their original condition to qualify for a refund.

3. Refund: Once we receive your returned items and have inspected them to ensure they meet our return condition criteria, we will issue you a full item refund. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.

2. Enter your order number and email to find your order. If you do not know the email on your order, you may also use the postal code or phone number instead.

3. Submit a return request and follow the instructions provided.
