Below are the basic iPhone troubleshooting steps that we recommend trying if you're experiencing issues with your Brick app:

  1. Ensure your iOS version and Brick app are up to date

  2. Restart your device

If you're still experiencing the issue, try:

  1. Pulling down to refresh in the Brick app settings

  2. Fully closing the app by swiping it away, then reopen it

  3. Log out of the Brick app, then log back in
