Below are the basic iPhone troubleshooting steps that we recommend trying if you're experiencing issues with your Brick app:
Ensure your iOS version and Brick app are up to date
Restart your device
If you're still experiencing the issue, try:
Pulling down to refresh in the Brick app settings
Fully closing the app by swiping it away, then reopen it
Log out of the Brick app, then log back in
